Who is Project Alive? 

Project Alive exists to find a cure for Hunter syndrome through research and advocacy, and provide education and resources to the Hunter syndrome community. 
Project Alive is a powerful voice for children and adults with Hunter syndrome, bringing together families and advocates with researchers, industry, and regulators. The organization funds promising research, assists researchers and industry with designing research studies for our community, and advocates for the most effective and efficient system of clinical research, evaluation, and approval. Through its innovative campaigns and grassroots efforts, Project Alive has made significant advances in public awareness about Hunter syndrome and its symptoms, the need for early diagnosis, and available treatments and clinical trials.

Through these partnerships, we will be able to ensure that Hunter syndrome families have access to education, support, and community connection. In honor of including a diverse group of participants, some sponsorship tiers have special pricing for academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and small businesses.

Visionary  $25,000 (2 available)

• Name and logo featured as Visionary Sponsor on conference materials (large logo).
• Family Fair large 10'x20' booth space.
• Centerfold marketing piece to include in attendee conference bags.

• Logo displayed on Jumbotron at the Rough Rider's stadium.

Supporter $1,000

This level only available for academic institutions, non-profits, and small businesses.

• Name and logo featured as Supporter Sponsor on conference materials (small logo).
•  Logo featured on all event signage, website, and other marketing materials.
• 2 dinner tickets, 2 drink tickets at the WonderFall Family Festival.
• Table space at the WonderFall Family Festival (merchandise may be sold with agreement to donate 10% of revenue to Project Alive).

Vendor $250

This level is to host a vendor booth at the WonderFall Family Festival only. 

• Name and logo featured in the WonderFall Family Festival vendor list.
• Name and logo featured in at minimum one social media post.
• Table space at the WonderFall Family Festival (merchandise may be sold with agreement to donate 5% of revenue to Project Alive).

Family Plus (Add-on to purchased sponsorship tier) $3,000 

•  Sponsor one to two additional MPS II families to attend the event including travel, lodging, and registration. Airfare and other travel means will be fully covered based on their distance and actual costs.
  ◦    By providing scholarships to cover 100% of family travel and lodging costs, families that have never had access to conferences and other MPS events due to financial hardship, will now be able to attend. Our goal is to ensure that these families receive priority access to scholarships so that they may connect with the community and our partners for the first time since diagnosis. On average, our surveys have shown that partial scholarships do not provide access to events for families suffering from greater financial hardships. With that, we have adjusted our policies to be equitable and inclusive as possible. Project Alive is committed to providing additional funding to these scholarships as needed as exact costs cannot be predicted.

Sponsorship Details 

Sponsorships are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. To become a Conference Sponsor, complete the form below and return by October 1,2024; arrangements for payment will be made once received. Early sponsorship commitment allows for additional time for the sponsor to be recognized on the event site and other marketing materials.
